FortressIQ, a Bay Area startup focused on providing process intelligence, has launched its process intelligence foundation platform. The company said the platform enables organizations to “collect, aggregate and clean” all of their process data and “generate a centralized system for record of work” that was not possible before. According to FortressIQ, the platform uses AI and computer vision to map digital processes across all applications and departments in an organization.

RPA technology provider Nintex has released a round of enhancements to its Nintex Workflow Cloud platform. Notably, the company said the platform now enables users to access real-time analytics and apply the insights quickly to workflows and automations. The platform now also features pre-built connectors to Google Directory, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Docs, Trello, and Microsoft Exchange Online.

OpenBots, a New York City-based company that provides open source RPA technology, acquired MyOfficeBot—an RPA-as-a-Service startup. OpenBots said the acquisition will enable it to “productize and scale” its automation technology. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
