Quadient, a Swiss company specializing in automating customer engagement and finance functions for businesses, announced it has integrated its Intelligent Communication Automation platform with Microsoft Azure AI. Quadient said the partnership will enable its customers to use the AI services in the Microsoft suite to automate tasks including measuring content readability, similarity and sentiment; generating contextual content summaries and streamlining content creation and communication management.

The integration will enable businesses to leverage AI, including generative AI tools that are letting more people interact with the technology using conversational interfaces.
